The 4th Flexible Cup International Table Tennis Championship was held at the Blue Eagle's Gym of Ateneo de Manila University on Feb. 21 - 22, 2009. This event was organized by TATAND and Ateneo de Manila University, sponsored by Flexible Packaging Corporation as well as Vicente & Juanita Hao Chin Chua Foundation, Sureshot Sports Ville, Watertec, Armak Tape Corporation, Peony Merchandising, Two Seasons Boracay, Mr&Mrs Sy Sing Kai Memorial Foundation, last but not least The Builder's Choice.
